When i think of ethereal, I think of something hard that doesn't break ... this doesn't look hard, but just mushy. Still really cool render, but spend more time on it next time.

speed does not equal quality...spend more time on your designs and add some more elements to them.

Normally, I would imagine an etherial reality as flaming balls of fire and ether. But what a nice peaceful alternative. I'm surprised this took you only 20 minutes.

it looks like a really really really good 3dsmax render.. you should touch it up in photoshop.. this would be 100 times more tight

Well the shape is kind of interesting, but theres not enough actually here to keep interest. Maybe if you spent a little more time conjuring up an idea instead of just a pretty render...
