Artist's Note
My first wallpaper ever. ;) Made on the basic concept of dark vs. light. Just a simple thing to get started with.. I might try to learn to use 3dsmax or something later on. Made in paintshop pro 7, heh. Whatcha think?

too simple, too empty, usually i like out of balance wallpapers, but this is a bit much

i was thinking this was gonna be one of those racist walls...i actually like the concept of it, text is awesome, perhaps just a little more work/detail would fix it.

I don't have more skill than you, i think. Also started with PSP4. But sure you soon will get better.
Nice idea though, do you know the game Black&White? Go on, work this out... ;)

its very good for a first wall... i can see your thinking here (i think) and the composition is good. just keep experimenting. every time you use psp/ps, you get better!

I agree, it's a good concept, but 90% of the desktop is totally empty, and the contrast makes building a theme around this near impossible (though I'd love to see someone try). Maybe some sort of graphic in the center that plays off the contrast would be cool.

might as well delete this. On second thought after submitting it, I figured I shouldnt submit my first wp as it will suck (and it does) I'll submit again when I have more skills. :)
