Artist's Note
I spent a lot of time on this one, I didn't use any 3D renders but I did everything with airbrushing/smudging/... and photomanipulation in photoshop. I was somewhat inspired by the style of scissors-hands and kss when I made this, they're both fantastic artists and without them this piece would not have been here. Thanks!

colorful in a "electric vomit" sort of sense, but i dig it. i'm not sure if it's too bold to be used on a desktop but it's a good work anyways

love the face peeking out, little too chaotic for me. -10 cause it may be a little bold for a desktop.

You know I don't understand why using filters is something to give a good piece of work a lower grade, is it the frustration that the person him/herself can't use filters that good? Really explain it to me
