bmp's are not liked by many (especially those on dial-up, I don't typically mind) and what you've done is pretty good but there's a few things that could make this piece better. Anti-alias those circles and fix the part where the blue doesn't quite cover the hole and I'm sure your score will double...

thanks lambs, next time .jpg. Great pointers rkenshin and next time it'll be better. Any comments about the slightly off black background though? I though tit made for a slightly more unified piece, but some people may not like it. any ways thanks for the reviews;-)
