it's a wallpaper. i haven't got much experience with creating wallpapers, but in my opinion, this one came out nicely. called not food, cause i'm hungry and i can't eat it.

try using some tutorials you need some more than just lens flares. its ok for a first piece ... but yea...check some stuff out.

they aren't lens flares! it's actually just an airbrush under a couple of grey opaque layers. just had to clarify. :) i hate lens flares.
