ok, i know your all sick of it, but i like it, and i wont stop till its perfect. I took out the crappy filter, moved things around, changed the color slighty and added "status: online" i think now it looks a lot nicer....... :)

your getting there. much improvement from the original. lose the grid. =) well, if not, then at least make them smaller or something or maybe like those little crosses scattered across or something.

getting better, much improvement, yea the grid is too big.. and try to keep using the same fonts, unless going for a typographical effect

I like it a lot, very wallpaperish if you know what i mean. I lose the grid to as rkenshin said, and you need one of those cool trendy arrows somewhere.

The grid is cool, it makes the image
feel like a wall in a bathroom or something..very nice (ehh) ..however
its too small to fit most desktop's ...and
the "Status online" text looks a little bit ugly but, otherways its a kinda cool wall =)

Make a higher res version. I'm runnin 1600x1200 And replace the z in icons with a regular s. Trust me, it's not kewl NEmore. ;) You might even wanna remove the icon's label all together. But that's just my opinion. I'ma minimalist...heh...lookin good though.
