well, it's mostly not a good wallpaper because the top and bottom is filled with an add for some weird program

it's funny that you couldn't find an art section... i wonder why that is... hmm... anyways.. as for some usefull advice.. you need to make it bigger and get rid of the text.. then you're probably going to have to do something with the empty foreground..
