this is a 10 minute filter-mania with Kais power tools or equivalent..
not very useable as a wallpaper either

I'm scared....a default gradient selection, and then a swirl....and then some form of starburst around a lens flare.....pixelate to high hell...and proceed to scare the bejesus out of the custo users....(edit: note, I didn't even expand it, it's not pixelated...it's "brush strokes" created by the Blackbox "swirl" filter)
