I think Arznek fogot a step. I think he meant "Blue, motion blur, blue, motion blur, and text". Koji, need a bit more work in a piece instead of just going filter insane. =) Keep trying though.

nice colors but that's it. if there's gonna be text it should at least relate to the image somehow.

if you placed a neat-o object (like a bee?) and touched it w/ motion blur this would be fun and fast.

i dont like images on my desktop. i just wanted to do something simple and blue.
i didnt use filter or motion blur. its just a noise gradient in photoshop 6 and some level corrections
