Nope. Only the reflections were flaming pear.
Each individual element was given it's own separate reflection, and then the elements were manipulated and combined to give the right impression of distance. The moon’s reflection involves three entirely different elements interfering with each other to get the shining effect I required.
Any way this is all by-the-by. I didn't submit this image to have my skills as a draughtsman criticised, but to have my eye as an artist appreciated.
What does it matter how the image is made, if it is pleasing to the eye?
You may assume what you like about the way a work is constructed but give an honest opinion of the piece you see not the work involved.
I very much doubt you draw circles freehand. so tell me, what exactly is the difference between a hacksaw and an electric jigsaw except the quality of the finished work.
