There's potential here. Get rid of all the advertising text along the edges. Then the grey background, maybe add something to it. But not muchm just something very simple and non-complex. And lastly a highr res would be nice.

pretty nice. it needs something to tie all the elements together, they look too seperate. i would almost prefer it without the stuff on the right and just the main graphic. good job though, you have a style. The text looks iffy too.
