I've updated NeoPlanet Black for .635
Darkanion has a lot of his stuff in this skin and deserves a lot of credit.
If you like this better/worse than the other NeoPlanet Black by Darkanion please say so and tell me why. This skin is for the public not me one bit so you have to tell me what you want it to look like.
