Artist's Note
I tweaked the original Vista Start bar I created so it could work properly for those who just wish to replace the start bar BMP in Explorer.exe and not use TClock so it will work regardless of the size of the start panel (it is scaled down to windows's native size) with the original, if your start bar was shorter or longer it wouldn't display it.
If you have no plans to modify your Explorer.exe The Vista Start Bar 1.1 looks nicer IMHO.

the ranking is like a comparison between this submission and everything else in the "tclock2" category. browse the category and look at the other submissions, then you'll understand why its better than 91% of the other submissions.
