Artist's Note
UnderStorm theme for Talisman. Inspired by Treetog's Thunderstorm suite.
Resolution 1768 x 1024.
Warning: You MUST know how to configure/customize Talisman and Sysmetrix themes, this is YOUR part.
I've spend many long but exciting hours designing MY part. You'll spend some certain amount of time configuring these themes. So be patient and read Talisman/Sysmetrics help files.
Installation:
1. Unzip UnderStormTalisman.zip file into the Talisman's themes folder 2. Open UnderStorm theme in Talisman 3. Make it default [optional]
4. Download wonderful Sysmetrix app from http://www.xymantix.com/sysmetrix 5. Unzip UnderStormSysmetrix.zip into the Sysmetrix's themes folder 6. Run Sysmetrix 7. Set UnderStormSysmetrix as a default Sysmetrix theme [Right click on Sysmetrix panel -> Sysmetrix Configuration -> Theme Browser -> UnderStormSysmetrix] 8. Make sure that Sysmetrix starts with Windows [Right click on Sysmetrix panel -> Sysmetrix Configuration -> Preferences -> Check 'Startup automatically']
9. Configure Talisman - link your own apps to the theme's buttons 10. Configure Sysmetrics - Make your adjusments in Sysmetrix configuration [read Sysmetrix Help file]
After several hours of hard work your computer will be second to none!!!

Wallpaper fragment - Geez, I found it somewhere on Internet, my respect to the author, but I couldn't find it again! So I had to do it myself!
Thanks to www.pixtudio.com guys and personally to Renato C. Veras Jr. aka Treetog for his inspiring technique and ThunderStorm masterpiece for Sysmetrix. I've ported his Thunderstorm theme under his kind permission. Check http://www.wincustomize.com/skins.asp?c=1&library=28&skinid=1329&u=0 for more details.

Most would say that there is just to much information, and it is too cluttered. But I think that the information is very well organized. I love the Futuristic Interface design and have been looking for someone to meet my need on this type of GUI shell interface. Good work! Looks like I am going to have to download Talisman again. :P

At the first glance it looks too overloaded. But when I spend some time with this theme I was surprised how well it is organized and thought-out. I could reach all my stuff with 2 mouse clicks. Colors are good as well, theme is very LCD friendly.
I thought it is a bit strange - to have two Winamp controls, but hmm... when your main work area occupied by your current app - you still can access top menu (and control your winamp), bright idea.
I've maid my own modification - items on the top menu have two states - right mouse click launches matching form at the right side, and left click launches menu with the same components that right-side form has. So even if my Photoshop occupies almost entire desktop I still have an easy access to all my apps.

This has a great modern, state-of-the-art interface design. With a simple walk through, this would really speed things up for the user in a really cool environment.

Awsome Theme. Easily Customizable and sweet looking. The only problem I do have with the theme is that its constricted to using that desktop wallpaper as your only choice for wallpapers. Otherwise if you do change it the theme looks like it is not loading properly because the default theme has the interface skin pasted on it already. It looks like it is missing parts when you change the wallpaper. If the creator ever makes an update for this theme, they should have the theme draw out the whole top and sidebars instead of putting it into the wallpaper. Or if the creator has any suggestions please e-mail me.
