I'll assume you're allowed to use the icons, I don't know how it works with Talisman. Based on what I see, this is not a bad theme, although the green part on the left side is just not working, colourwise. Ilike the taskbar, a bit too multicoloured, but it looks alright with the wallpaper. If you would have made that green bar on the left side a lighter shade of blue to go with the wall, this would have gotten a higher rating from me Otherwise, this is nice.
