The Ice! Theme must be the 'coolest' theme available! Watch out that you don't freeze to your screen...
Only 1024x768. Custom buttons, Theme browser, Animated logo.
Needs Shutdown.exe for Shutdown and Restart buttons, when working with WinXP. With other Win version you need to re-program these buttons.
You can find Shutdown.exe at http://www.budja.com/shutdown/. Place this in c: root folder.
