Added close buttons to all the forms. Right click functionality to close the form still works.

This theme follows from cindy theme by visor. I made few changes to cindy and then decided to do my own theme. This is my first published theme so please bear incompatibilities that might follow. You are free to make any changes to the theme. Dont forget to send me a copy of changes you make.

Certainly better than your last, but the menu needs to match the rest of the theme better.

Simple, yet ugly. The menus look a lot better, but still. Everything is just way too big. Tone down the button size.
