This theme was originally created by visorek and was named Cindy theme. I just took this theme and changed a few things to make it OSX Aqua.
I decided not to change cindy theme logo in upper left corner just to gibve proper credit to the creator of the original theme.

quit whining, none of the other skinners ever got permission from Apple to re-use parts of their interfaces too, at least he gives credit where it's due...although this reminds me more of WB than Aqua

my question is, why are apple artists any different than custo artists. Why is it a cybersin to rip someone that you've seen/heard/talked to, and perfectlly fine to go ahead and rip others that just happen to work for big corporations.
