Artist's Note

In efforts to catch up, here's a uber simple minimal easy moddable theme for ShellWM. Any white 3DCC should work perfectly fine with it.

Maybe there still are some people who actually use ShellWM, or some people who are running pre-XP versions of Windows. OR Vista. ;P
