deFine5 for shellWM
I guess not many people do actually use this little app, otherwise there would be more than 6 skins here... I'm using this with the rest of my deFine5 series, see it as a little bonus or as a joke...
Ocra and Teal version available.

Good to see more ShellWM skinners at custo, I was beginning to think I was the only one. The button on the left of the title text looks a bit misaligned, everything else looks nice.
