Artist's Note
This is my XP setup using the Watercolor theme (using XP's built-in skinning functions). To the right you'll see some of my upcoming icon conversion sets (Smoothicons i love the most). most of these will be for XP users only simply because the alpha transparency is a huge deal. i'm going to try to make some 2000 icons, but the edges will be very hard compared to the smooth ones you see in the screeny.
btw, the desk info on the upper right is courtesy of coolbits, and the updated song ticker on the lower left is courtesy of QCD 3.11. when i get my DSL back up in 2 weeks (sniff), i'll upload the majority of these.

i use both macs and pcs. sure, there are more applications for PCs available, but do we honestly need 50 versions of solitaire? macs have the most important programs, and some of them (MS Office, Audion) beat the hell out of their Windows counterparts.
Macs are more expressive computers for me, but oh well. they're just hunks of metal and silicon anyhow. your milage may vary.
