I used mango Visual style, Arctic candy rainmeter and metro style icons from deviantart. I actually got everything from deviantart except the wallpaper which came from wallbase.com under the 1920x1080 section. I have no link so just search.

Sorry guys I should have checked for comments sooner. I have no link for the wall dartmen and forget where I got it, sorry.
JJ yes the taskbar is being head via a an ObjectDock docklet called show/hidetaskbar desklet. With it enabled the start button is still visible.
