i am totally curious myself as to what was used...although, I am sure I could find a working solution to get similar, if not better results with all of the options and software available today for customizing. However, 2 years ago when originally submitted? Just curious...Unfortunately the guy never replied to the orginal question. The question is why? I cannot imagine someone would want to keep it to themselves as opposed to being flattered enough of someone even caring as much to request what method used...Anyway, had to put in my two cents worth of nothingness, obvious temporary state of boredom... ;)
