Artist's Note
several years ago I made the frequency theme. Completely inspired by Steve Moss' winamp 2.x skin, frequency. At the time of this, I couldn't decide if I wanted to base my skin off of frequency or another one of his skins, Major Tom Remix. I told myself that I would do the major tom remix next. So here I am, six years later getting around to it. Props to steve moss for creating this fantastic skin. I will release a gnome/gtk theme in a few weeks after i've polished everything up.
Licensing: the artist has specified that ports and mods are allowed.
