Not bad, but I might suggest you do three things. One, change the font in the clock in the bottom-right corner (perhaps just turn on cleartype for it). Two, the dock background doesn't really fit with the theme (the black background with the dark grey of the theme) as well as the PS and AI colors not fitting with the overall AXONKOLOR theme. Third, part of the left side of the multi-colored band on top of the bottom bar is missing. You should edit your rc.conf to remedy this, if you need any help, I can help you. Fix these things, and you have a fairly nice shot :-)
