well, a couple of hours ago i posted a screenshot that i said i wasn't sure about, and i decided i didn't like it. so here's a new one. with dock again, i think it just fits this wall..
oh yeah - yes, my vlc is the stock theme. it's like winamp's bentoo - good right out of the box..

Yep, I have similar thing up there, a menu button, a folder button, a button for a volume popup (I hate to wait seconds until the tray-volume icon pops up volume settings) and tiny winamp prev/play/next buttons, while task manager/process explorer/open start menu/standby is linked to clock rightclick.

Nice, nice - I'm not a huge fan of the vistalized VLC or the dock, but great style nonetheless - only I hate pixelfonts so ... :D

those open 3 different menus;
applications is a menu with all my programs sorted into categories (internet, media...), each category being a sub-menu.
places is a menu with shortcuts to my various drives, frequently used folders and the control panel.
the + opens a menu with shortcuts to run, taskmanager, and console, and log off, reboot, and shutdown
it makes finding my way around so much faster, that's why i love bb/bbinterface :D
