the bubble popup on the second screen is funny, I like it !
I'm not so fond of the title bar of the windows (transparent buttons looks strange).
Is that a systray left of the clock in the top bar ?
(if yes, what systray app do you use ?)

I had some problems with trayer and fvwm so I prefered stalonetray.
Just to give an idea, when I used to setup trayer in fvwm I defined a single Fvwm button transparent (and define trayer transparent as well) and simply stick it in one of the corner...
I've also had a lot of questionning on how to make a trayer app look good :)
Anyway that's an original setup, keep it up !
