Artist's Note
Been really, really busy. Been rocking this for about a week now and similar desks for about 3 months. Not really a shot of quality, creativity, or originality, but it really feels comfortable to me. This is Archlinux (which runs alongside Ubuntu). Simplicity is best :-)
GTK Theme = Black and White by lyrae (modded by me) Emerald Theme = Axonkolor by uac-marine, ported by lyrae (modded by me) Icon Theme = ALLBLACK by Mandarancid (modded by me) Image = Athena by mandolux (at mandolux.com) Wallpaper = Young Oak 1 (under the Texture section) from sxu.hu
Running Programs: Nautilus, Exaile, Pidgin, Gnome-Terminal, Sticky Notes, Compiz Fusion
* Note: I have no idea why that resolution is 1279 x 799, but I'm keeping it that way.
Licensing: the artist has specified that ports and mods are allowed.

this is nice. it's great that you've found a dark theme to use for an extended period, i usually can't stand them for more than a week.

Thanks guys :-D
@ uac - I'm still in love with that shot too, but I haven't had the time to duplicate it in GNOME.
@ pjdark - Thanks! And good to hear :-) I am more than happy to help with emerald if you need. Just tell me what distro your running and if you already have compiz fusion up and running.
