Artist's Note
wanted a simple, subtle and usable setup like my simplethings desktop a while back. it ain't much to show, but uploading it anyway.
modded untitled litestep by me, modded mcv visual style by amadme, icons by j3, openworld wallpaper by (?), custom miranda, mIRC, runbox, foobar and image from designchapel.com shown in zeed image viewer, font is Swis721 Cn BT D-Type 7 pt, and various hacks.

Haha, love this font, it's so punk rock. Personally use it at 8 pt though cause it doesn't jive so well at this size on occasions, like the taskbar.
But that's a cozy setup.

Always liked that wallpaper, now I'm not sure if I have the link. Looks like a cozy setup indeed, however I think you either need to check the cleartype display in LS, or up the size 1.
Also: I NEED that wallpaper emailed to me. ;D

Great desk noka, but I must agree with the font not being that great... It would've looked alot better with the classic calibri :p
Is there any chance of you sending that modded visual style to me? It looks really good!
