named as such because I'm the fourth person to submit a shot with this visual style. i got it from pep and I'm basically submitting to show the start menu and taskbar i made since his were created with litestep. this could theoretically shape up into a release, with permissions and a bit of cleaning around the edges.

Great customizations and I love that the direction of the color gradient in the taskbar and caption bars is in opposite directions. Very, very cool.
