You're using like four different skins, and you're wallpaper doesn't line up.
Using a suite and fixing that WP would make this 10 times better,

19" lcd left

because of the monitor stands, wallpaper is aligned. (even though the one on the 19" looks slightly bigger than the one in the 20")
