Great looking desktop Raoul, great colours and the wallpaper matches very well! And i like how you matched the gehrunnerjunge image to the dock icons, this way those fit your setup way better.
Now on the constructive side. I would either go iconless or all out icons, because your Windows Picture viewer now doesn't really fit with the rest of the taskbar items. And on the icons, try to change them, your contact and gehrunnerjunge now kinda throw it of. Lasty, match al your fonts and it's perfect!

looks good man. the only thing i really do not like is the reflection icons at the top. i'm tired of seeing those.
but i love the border design on the shutdown and the explorer window.
side note: my first screen here at custo i used those reflection icons. haha. anyways man,...... :-D
