I wonder how you did the Win Pic Viewer so minimal, when i try it i still get a blank space below (where i reshacked the buttons)..

yes i'll second the questioning of the winamp buttons, which can't possibly be functional, and what pic & fax viewer you're using. i don't know you, so i wont say photoshop right away, but it's suspicious.
