Sweet man. Dig this much. I thought it was my browser resizing the image at first, but it seems the caption bar font doesn't jive well. I know you can find a pixel font that is similar, maybe something like arial caps or something would work. Well done.

I saw one of Jenny Holzers pieces at the MCA in Chicago one time. Was just called truisms then, but it was definitely our favorite piece of that visit.

if you look closely the caption bar is still repeating a few pixel-tall lines vertically.. just not as noticeable with this texture. is there a text shadow on the caption text? if so, you might be able to just remove that to get it sharper, rather than changing the font altogether. but yeah, those tiny things aside, this rocks. really digging your style; it's fresh. // thanks man :]

I totally agree, your style is great and refreshing. For the next time I'd just leave these movie windows out and fix the little glitches like the vs or the titlebar font... but hey, even so it's a great shot! :)

I DOUBT MANY WILL READ THIS ALL SO MAKING SHORT, THANK YOU ALL, IT'S GREAT TO HAVE FEEDBACK! Thank you all for the comments, seriously! Yeah, I know the font on captions is weird, tried to fix it but really no clue what's the problem, never happened, it's setted to have no shadow but apparently has, maybe I should reboot as it's up for more than a week, but I just said fuck it, it's readable I won't waste hours trying to figure out, it works, it's not a big deal. Sure, aesthetically lows things a bit, but focus on that is a narrow vision, as akka pointed, thankfully it's not happening. Plus I could just use a blank font and zing, but it'd be fake as I use caption text, especially on PS. Fate, didn't think of a pixel one, I'll try that later, appreciate the input. Tehl3x, cool to know that you like her work, she's one of my favs from the 70's/80's, I actually know her, by that meaning went on some of her opennings and exchanged a few words. That's my favorite work from her as it's pretty much a compilation of all she did at that time plus a superb example of site-specific, unfortunatelly couldn't see it for real as it was a long time ago and I wasn't living on NYC. Akka I'm especially glad that you liked since when I started to crawl, you were the one who pointed me direction when I asked for at GSM, so, if it fits, I dedicate this to you and Tab who provides us all with that magical place. The two times I asked for help were there and there I got, yeah thank you too UAC, you were great. ///////////// It's the summer, downtown ;) it freaks you out, anyway, thank you, always good to hear from you.
