Hide that Miranda IM statusbar! :P Try Scriver/Mite SRMM plugins. They both let you have really compact message windows.

Personally, the only issue I've got is with the taskbar; it'd look nicer, in my nigh-worthless opinion, if a) the gray stretched the width of the screen; or b) the orange bottom-border was only on the task buttons, rather than the width of the Samurize dealie.
