Why do you have 2 docks? Seems a bit unecesary to me.

you should removed odock, rocketdock uses less memory. Try a better set of icons and an organic wallpaper, that should boost the charm of your desktop :) try this page for walls: http://socksoff.co.uk/walls06.html

Hi! Just some tips to make the desk a little more nicer and cleaner.
- hide all icons on the desktop (the shortcuts can be used from the quicklaunch instead)
- remove all the launchers and only use the quicklaunch, much cleaner.
- Hide icons in the systray.
- Remove some stuff from the startmenu, like 'helt and support' etc.

Icons already hidden. They look cool when IconX used, but without it - less memory usage, and I thing it's not necessary to use it.
