If you don't mind my saying so, it almost appears as though that is actually only a wallpaper, and that none of the components on it, actually do anything.
The thing that suggests that the most is the multiple levels of varying quality on the Rainmeter config in the screenshot.

annex-1 ..ican assure you this is not just a wallpaper everything is actually functional...... as far as the rainmeter goes its been modified with different colors and font also resized layout to match the icons, also the winamp has been made slightly made transparent to give it a flat look but thanks for the comment,interesting
