Artist's Note
I liked the scrollbars at typophile.com so much that I decided to make a VS based on them. Also some reshacking, chrome editing for firefox, trusty old icons and foobar config, avedesk sysstats clock. None of this is for release.

I believe those scroll bars are part of the standard theme Macromedia uses for its flash components these days. In their latest release of Flash, they made it a pain in the ass to change the appearence of their components so a lot of people just leave them. Anyways, this is a nice screenie. These visual styles with the dark caption bars and white interfaces are simply classic and never get tired.

More importantly, why would you want to? Just creates more mouse movement.

fate0000: Hah, you're right it is from flash. Credit to Macromedia then.
The caption font is a modified Foundry Sterling. And no, you haven't seen this VS before, the scrollbars are the only part I didn't make. Although I admit the black caption bar is quite common, it's actually a subtle gradient.
Edit: For tab bar at bottom add this to userchrome: "#content > tabbox {-moz-box-direction: reverse;}" I prefer it at the bottom so that when I maximize the window it is on top of the taskbar (which is a logical way to group info in my view) and away from my bookmark buttons. It doesn't create more mouse movement because I use mouse gestures to open/close/switch between tabs very fast.
