I wanted to try some thing a little different, some thing I hadn't seen before. So I decided to try to run two shells at once! Hah. I'm running Litestep as my actual shell, and BBLean like a program instead of a shell. I'm using BBLeanSkin to skin the windows, BBTaskSwitch, and BBTray. BBTaskSwitch is the best Alt+Tab replacement I've tried, and I missed that plugin.
I also missed BBLeanSkin because it's way better than ShellWM and EFX in the fact that it has no bugs. And Litestep doesn't want to show any systray icons... at all so I HAD to use BBTray. Which is ok for now since I can make it blend into the wallpaper. But I would have preferred using Systray2. And I'm using the tool BBController to toggle the tray and reconfig BBLean.

Eyn, I love this photo, you're lucky you get to be there every year in winter. Light is an awesome picture, but this is my winter desktop! Blue seems to go with winter very well, but I like purple better. And I think it looks pretty good. Kul Thank you. But what style do you mean? I mean which style exactly are you referring to? Update: I change from beveled to flat in all my screen shots, and this one is beveled! So was my last couple of screen shots. And what do you mean by new stuff? But every now and then I try to do some thing different and better then usual. Like my last screenshot, this one is a more relaxed screen shot any ways. Advent, Nope I just tried VTray and it still won't work. >_<
yay, it's my photo. :) Someone should use "light" next time for a dark theme. The purplish colour sort of bothering me, heh, maybe I'm used to the original blueish wintery.
I feel cold as I look at it, its rather nice, though this style is being used a lot by you. But if you like it, its your desktop. If I were you I would try something diferent, diferent can be good or bad but you'll never know if you dont try Update: Well all you screenshots ive seen are really flat, cept for this which is a biiiit not flat. Maybe try some new stuff, i usually just see the same with diferent colors and diferent wall
I knew I couldn't be the only one out there using BBLean and Litestep. I didn't know about BBTaskSwitch, though--awesome.
You put it all together quite well.
edit: advent: it's a BBLean issue. If you start BBLean after Litestep, you get icons, but new icons go to BBLean. Start Litestep after BBLean, and it's an empty systray. xoblite cen get around this, but its window skinning leaves a bit to be desired.
there are slight changes in your screenshots, but they are repetitive... its not neccessarily a bad thing, but when people become used to something, they wont appreciate it as much. i can relate.
