Artist's Note

This is a teaser for a litestep theme that I'm building...

I haven't finished the background yet. Hence,

Wall: #000000 ;)
VS: Ivorance
Shell: LiteStep
Theme: When I think of a name I'll tell you. ( by moi )
Icons: Orbital by Hermik ( Hemrik: I love you) -- ( a few extras that I made from the blank )
Apps: Miranda, of course... ( notice the grovelling session in the IM window ;( )

www.bertelsen.ca

In addition, Each Label ( notice the dynamic content surrounding top right ) opens it's most relevant control panel option through a double click, in normal use the miranda window would cover everything underneath the systray becuase I use ctrl + shift + a to hide/show miranda. However, for examples case I decided to show what's underneath it. There are more icons further down that denote specific locations on the comp that I use on a much more frequent basis. Also, I reduced the max desktop size through jdesk, such that a normal window ( non-tool box style ) only extends to the 900th pixel. Such that the side bar ( makeshift wharf ) is always visible.

Peace.

--==-- Sticboy: As I understand it this is a customizing community, and I was looking for feedback. So it has accomplished what I hoped. Thanks for the excellent and constructive feedback.

--==-- burstnibbler: Yes it's going to be an integrated wallpaper, I'm looking at my options right now for the cross-resolution sizes ( right now it's only for 1024x768 ). Oh and thanks for the eleqountly written implied response to sticboy's comment.

-==- xrance: I might just take you up on that offer if your rez is 1024x768 ;)

I like it. It has all the things needed. If it is customisable from a ls point of view then it should get a run. I assume that you are doing some sort of integrated wallpaper/ turn your dtop into a web site sort of thing.

GENERAL COMMENT: How about a new section on custo for subs that you'd like feedback on? It could be self regulated so that you clean out your old subs once the "release" is done. This is a customising community and to that fact i would have thought most blokes/blokettes would be happy to help a fellow modder out with feedback instead of coming off as an elitist arrogant wank.

good job...but you might want to work on the graphics for the popup a little more. The "selected" image doesnt really go with the rest of the popup...(but hey you dont have to listen to me)

Looks like my message got removed. So I'll say it again. If you are not part of the "clique" here you will get low ratings. If you don't do the same thing as everybody else, you will get low ratings. Don't know why they removed my previous post. I wasn't being rude like some other people can be.

If you want good feedback and don't care about strangers rating your work, go to litestep.net or deviantart.com.
