I deleted my old ss but its still there O_x
In anycase, mojo said I should show everything I customized so here it is - although I think the simplified version was better.
Edit: Fixed my trillian skin and reposted.
It's nothing spectacular, but its easy on my eyes and has a nice composition for when I work. The wall is by imrik, both the ampskin and vs is japan|04, all the folder/file icons are Gant/Gant2 and the minimal Trillianskin (who the hell uses the "send button" anyway?)/Menupic are by me. Maybe once I'm finished with my Trillianskin (icons are still default) I'll ask for permission to submit it.
In any case, hopefully this will bring me back to my panda's wall 92.91 admin rating, but I doubt it T_T

you have clashing elements (G.A.N.T. with that vs is a bad match) and your font smoothing issues are obvious... that aim font needs to match the rest of the desk. and why is there a nude anime chick in your right click menu?

the color theme is elegant, but as mojom said, it's a clash of style.. put more work in it and it will be great.
