Overdone theme? Perhaps at one time or another, but oh well, I love the wall, and it gave me a nice challenge as well. Had to deal with 98's "square" look, while working with a theme that was/is "rounded" off, hence the title of the shot.
Thanks to hermik for such a great theme to be inspired by, and also to Imrik for reviewing my Winamp skin, giving me a thumbs up on it. It was originally his "Macchiatto" skin, and again, sticking with the square here, I took peices from Hermik's orbital skin, buttons, posbar, etc... and added it in. Stayed on the same path as Imrik did originally with the lines on the skin, etc.. as you can see, so thank you both again for some wonderful inspiration :)
Gave my dialogs the same look as the skins, new AIM hacks are present in the shot, loads of new things going on with AIM these days, that's just a small sample, but some of the most functional mods as well.
Finally got rid of that pesky explorer menu bar, looks much better I think, and switched over to the "SilkScreen" font also, and never again will I use Hooge. I love this font, just had no idea how nice it was.
Running the usual Tclock, Windows 98, standard explorer shell.
Ok, that should do it... you know the routine, everything hacked up to bits, but zoom in on this one guys, lot's of details going on in this shot... a bit more then my "typical", more "new" things going on this time :)

donīt tell me thatīs a explorer window on the middle top?! Man, WinT! I am very happy about this. It really keeps what it promised. great great setup. be sure... to get a feedback somewhere else :). really. i am digging this very much. wonderful setup. the winamp buttons are a bit rough.. but hey. not the biggest problem. the explorer windows are heavy... most wonderful skinning iīve seen mr. really
yay! =) thanks! is the wall resized to larger size? I'd suggest just to move the edge parts to the edges of a bigger canvas, resizing this without quality loss is very easy!
WinT you're the man.ive said it countless times, you should work for microsoft.They really someone to improve their gui altho windows is crap neway (i'm still using it tho) ..excellent work..nothing less as usual. and i'd like to know whether that window in the middle is explorer or a skinned app or have you actually skinned your windows ?

Other than the fact that I think that wall is plain and boring, I love this. I love how you added the stripes to the bottom of your windows. This is an awesome setup
