not to bad, change all the icons(especially the default QL) and find something that fits the theme a little better. make the 2 boxes on top of your screen transparent. theres an option in the program to do it and it would make it look more integrated with your desktop

hm... it looks like ... hm , nothing does match really .. get rid of that default rainlendar , it only disturbs , and of that colorful icons ... the wall looks like "im on the moon and here`s no gravity" - this flipped wall doesnt look good in MY opinion

your fonts look like they could use some ClearType and the Mozilla font should be changed to make all the others
