it's kinda themed... the system tray is a bit, default as well as your desktop icons... try a icon replacement program like iconpackager or iconphile to change those desktop icons... reshacker/exescope can get you hackig away at those taskbar icons as well as that IRC... the taskbar theme is kinda cool, but try making a (or finding) a VS to match... i think something this would match Studio28 V3 ( ) in his VS library.
