Artist's Note
I've been trying to perfect the look. Please note, I am only posting this to get some tips from you guys, not to get recognition. I changed the icon set to Chaninja's SubZero as some suggested, and I like how it works out.
Rainlender - Shadow 3 (edited by me)
AIM - I hacked the hell out of it... it was well worth the trouble.. I decided to keep the white background because everything else didn't seem kosher.
Winamp - Advance 4 blue
VS - Advance 4 blue

The blues in the wall dont match the blues from your theme. Use the classic style and chage the color scheme to match the wall.

hmm.. yea the 2 blues don't mix.. iono I would change the color of the wall and anything u reshacked to the color of the vs, that way things will back more... + I really like those icons =D, nice custo going on. also, u might want 2 edit rainlender a bit, well that's about it ^^

youre using the same vs and icons as me... but im using the slategrey style and ive got my colors looking so much smoother. get rid of all those default icons! also, finish hacking the aim. change the notepad bitmap (#200) and modify those menus some. youve got 3 different shades of blue here... it doesnt flow. sorry to be so blunt.

This is my final submission of this theme.
EDIT I appreciate the critque's, like I said I'm not here to get recogniton, I see Customize.org as a forum for suggestions. I will look into these.. what I don't get is some people like the mix of blues, other's can't stand it.
