Artist's Note

This Theme is "non|Step" from ursula2k (http://www.ursula2k.net) ... the best theme i ever used. (IT'S NOT A SIMPLICITY CLONE !!!!)
I just make some modifications:
- change the Task module (tasks091 -> taskbar3)...little buggy for several applications.
- change popup3 -> popup2
- change grdTray3 -> Systray2 (BUG on Recyle with Win2K)
- change jAmpToo -> geekamp ("Power On" BUG on Win2K)
- change the "SYS" button by "SHT" to Add lslnk module
- Add rainmeter to replace the SYS shortcuts
- Add indicator for the current virtual Desktop
