The LiteStep theme is horizontal_remix by mojomonkee, it was hacked up massively by me.
That's about it, just some crazy customization stuff...

Whoa capitalize is right, get some y'z toolbar skins and clear that IE out big time. Also, while I love the grayscale trillian skin, the yellow REALLY clashes with everything...try the Quicksilver or E-Platino, maybe even ChosenOS skins, they'd match a little better IMO.
