Nice, I gave it an 80, I like it overall, seems to all match, I don't like the wallpaper so much though, but it matches your theme there. What IM are you using? and how did you manage to get it inside of the startbar.

Points for the MSN in the taskbar and the music choice, but the start button is pretty generic and the taskbar's a little too fat for my tastes, but that's more the MSN's fault than yours.
