Artist's Note

running tclock, with a custom skin, efx (with a custom skin, based off 98 Adv. Trend eppie skin), blockos icons, some transparency program (i think the one by 545), and a ripple program.
wall is a modified line studio
modifed explorer.exe, shell32.dll, custo'd start menu, tooltips, sides, also running a samurize config

this was on a pentium 2 250mhz machine with 64mb of ram running win2k, so that's why it's small

	report ridgeburner says: I think it's pretty slick for bein on win2k and especially a machine with those specs...ditch the transparency, it's cool sometimes with certain windows, but not the way you've used it, also (i know u said that's why it's small) but a higher res might have made me think it was worthy of a rating.
