Im a regular user of StyleXP but i found this theme for WindowBlinds. So I quick snatched up a copy of Blinds and started messin around to make things work. Notice the Winamp Bar directly below the icon Toolbar.

It's not bad, the icon bar at top doesn't agree with me, but that's wb I guess.
